Listen, whether you just spent $125 on a Weber, $1500 on some super jumbo model, or you inherited one from a neighbor, you need to get your grill covered. Let me give you one reason – if you don’t get a grill cover it will affect the taste of your food. Period.
One of my biggest mistakes is not getting a cover for my grill. Dust, pollen, and whatever else blows in the air gets inside your grill. When you fire that bad boy up, the dust and pollen will begin burning off. Most of it will burn off before you put your burgers down, but some will not.
